Frank Giordano, President & Emperor-for-Life

Frank Giordano is the 22nd Emperor of the Cricket Groundhog Table. During his reign, the Empire expanded dramatically, gaining prestige, power and membership. His efforts focused almost entirely on promoting activities that enhanced the camaraderie, friendship, and general happiness of his loyal subjects. He kept his subjects entertained with some of the largest, most extravagant, ornate and colorful events that have occurred at the League.

Many observers believe that the revival of the Union League can be attributed directly to the rise of power of the Cricket Groundhog Table and of Emperor Giordano. His critics point to his autocratic style, and the fact that only three years into his reign, he quashed any real democratic process, formally ending the republic in 2006.
